We’re Here to Help!
Finding the right information and support can make a big difference for your child and family. The MIFamily Resources Network is here to help families in the Grand Traverse Region easily find helpful resources—right when they need them. Click the boxes below or use the Looking for Resources tab above to explore what’s available for you and your family.
The MIFamily Resources Network was created by the Northwest Community Health Innovation Region Behavioral Health Initiative in partnership with Safer Kids, Safer Schools, Northwest Education Services, and the Safer Together Action Team.
